The week of October 25 to November 1 canoe polo athletes across Canada will be doing their biannual fitness testing. Your local club will coordinate the testing. You will need pool time, access to a gym and a track to run on. We have added a 200 meter swim to the test this year, so paddle, run, swim and lift as hard and fast as you can!
